I would like to start a home base cookie business... I already know that I am not going to be able to do so from my house... so I will to do so from else where...
Can i rent a kitchen.. (that would be the best) and where do I beginning my search ? I live in Houston TX (Katy area).
What if I want to rent a space?.
What type of licenses do I need ?
OR better yet is there any good book where I could find those informationS..

I'm sure you probably can. I would try contacting restaurants that might do a primaily night time business.

Do you think they would rent their kitchen at night ? Really ?
