When my ex boyfriend and I were together he purchased a brand new truck.
I thought that I was just a reference on the truck when I signed the paperwork for it.
Needless to say I only signed 3 things and wasn't explained what I was signed and of course I signed.
Well come to find out that I am the OWNER of the truck and my ex is just listed as a co-signer. We are no longer together and he is now married to someone else.
I want my name removed from everything to do with that truck.
He is consistently late on the payments and I want my name off everything to do with that truck.
What can I do?

Since the truck is in your name, then take possession of it. You own it. Then tell him if he wants it back to pay off the loan and you will sign it over to him.
