    Intertherm furnace
I have just in the last month had an Intertherm furnace installed, and since installation they have had to come in twice because they claim the starter button is not firing. They replaced it and now it is on the fritz again. It starts for about 8 seconds and cuts out. There is fuel in the tank. They are coming back this am to fix it again. I f you have any suggestions as to why the experts can't fix my $3,000 furnace please let me know. Thank you Kim

Most installers are not the greatest repair people. Hope they are not sending the installers back each time. Tell them you want their best repair supervisor to take a look at it. There can be bad parts from the factory but its very rare, more likely damage during installation or just a poor install.

If it is a oil furnace have them check the oil line for leaks/suction leak. With oil it could be many things.
