Unmarried couple... both signed birth certfificate.. but weeks later, dna says he's not the father. Question: how does he get his name off the Florida birth certificate?

Rumors say... 2 other people may be. What if we can't find the real father?

He'd probably have to file a motion in Family Court to vacate adjudication of paternity and be prepared to present the DNA evidence showing that he's not the father.

And the DNA test will have to be though a company that the court allows, not a home DNA test and the such, And you need to do this soon, while I don't think Fl has a time frame, many states have a time frame that an objection has to be filed in, in some states if you don't object within a certain time frame you are still legally the father even if DNA proves you are not.
