I know someone who is getting us visa's for individuals and is making a killing out of it he gets by organizing fake required documents and makes a profile for the person how do I report him and is there any reward offered I can even get him for them he has been waiting for me to pay him in order to process papers for me

Which Country? If it's the US please see the Immigration and Customs Enforcement number below. I don't believe the offer rewards for this sort of thing. And since your using his services you could incriminate yourself. Maybe talk to a lawyer?
