Ok I just turned 15 and I'm in 10th grade and my boyfriend is 18. Is it legal for us to date?

Oook then. I figured it was fine for us to date, kiss, and make out and stuff. Im pretty sure the law is that the minor can be at max 3 yrs younger than the 18yr old. And as far as the sex things go that comes with the law I stated above and parental consent lol.

That law is once you reach the age of consent which is when you turn 16. Right now any contact is not okay since he is legally an adult and you are still legally a child.
