This might sound like a dumb question--is it possible for some women to never register on a urine pregnancy test?

My aunt didn't know she was pregnant until she was 5 months, and it was because she never ever got a positive urine test. She thought she was going through early menopause and when she finally went to the doctor, they did a blood test and then an ultrasound and there she was 5 months pregnant. She explained why she never got a positive urine test, but I don't remember. I'd say chances are probably like one in a billion for that to happen though.

I don't know about never getting one, but with my son I didn't get a positive test until I was 6 weeks pregnant. Even the urine test at the Dr.'s office said no. So, maybe you just need to wait a little longer.
