    Income tax part time RV redident?
    I live and work in TN. I live in an RV full-time. I am thinking about spending the winter in an RV park across the boarder in GA. Will I be subject to GA income tax if I do that? I plan on staying there 3 - 5 months.

    Yes, you ARE subject to GA income tax as a part-year resident of GA.

    Recommend you stay in TN, which currently has NO income tax.
