My furnace has not been working right since I replaced the oil filter and nozzle. I have adjusted the igniters properly and cleaned them up and polished them but when it ignites it rumbles and when I take it apart there is oil on the nozzle and igniters. I have cleaned this several times and was told to throw a match in the fire box to burn up any excess oil that might be there and have adjusted the air control below the fuel pump and have had to bleed the air. I have a two line system for the oil. I cannot get rid of the rumbling sound nor the excess oil. What do I need to do?

Check for a spilt nozzle holder they can and do crack. Did you replace with the same nozzle?
