My LMP was on Aug. 23, 2007 then on September 3 to 6 was my fertility days & had sex during those days. On Sept. 7 to 8 ,I had this light brown spotting (maybe implantation).

After a week I thought I was pregnant (with some symptoms, frequent headaches, lower abdominal cramps, frequent urination). I've waited until my next period was due and that should be Sept. 20 before I will take hpt. I was four days late & took hpt but was negative. Results, I tried it again on the 8th day with the same result. I was then 10 days late but on the 11th day (Sept. 30) my period finally came but wasn't sure if this is reaaly a period or I'm just having miscarriage. I'm reaaly having painful abdominal cramps?

I need your advice please? Do I need to go an OB/Gyne?

If you never got a positive result on a home pregnancy test then I'm going to have to say that you can't be sure if it was a miscarriage. As someone who's had two miscarriages I have a lot of information about it. Unless you got a positive test I thin kyou have to call this as a late period. I'm sorry.

P.s Sometimes your body can react as though your pregnant if you stress too much onwanting to be pregnant. Your mind can play tricks on you. They won't let you see an OBGYN if you never got a positive result. If your still concerned then contact your doctor.
