Often with divorce comes some form of child support from usually the male. I have overpaid child support by almost $4000. I live in the state of Florida but I was told that I cannot get the funds back but the funds will be used to pay the last year of my child support obligation... I want my money... I don't want to wait three years before I can have access to funds that were erroneously deducted from my accounts by the Division of Child Support... Please help

Give ADVICE

There is no way to get it back unless you hire an attorney and file to get it,
They will not just give it back. I do not know exact FL laws but if their rules say you can't get it back, you may well not be able to get it back.
