Hopefully you are of age for starters. Sex is something that affects your emotions about a person. Talk to him and see how he really feels. Many people tell someone they love them to get something from them. If he is willing to have a relationship not just based on sex then go for it. If he is your teacher in any of your classes it probably wouldn't be that great of an idea to see him in that manner.

Ask for an "A" on the next test. LOL
