I have been taking about 4 pills a day for a while, maybe months. How long does it stay in your system. I am starting to feel a liitle funny.

Well, I am pretty sure that if you are feeling funny, you should be contacting your doctor.

Depends on the strength of the pills 5/500, 7.5/500, or 10/500, the first # represents the strength, the 2nd # is mg. of acetominophen, four pills is not that much, cold turkey is uncomfortable but three-four days should do. Eat fruit and veggies and exercise a little. If you have any left, taper down the amount of pills over a week 4, 3.5, 3, 2.5 etc... you will be fine
