Hey! This is Bree and I'm new to this site and had a problem that I need help to resolve. I'm 17 years old and I dated my ex-boyfriend in the past. We had been on and off since 7th grade and since then I've had boyfriends in between but not like him. He was amazing in so many ways. He catered to my needs and wants and he was (if I can say) the only one that could understand me and my crazy ways. Recently (well 2 years ago) I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and I had to leave school. I had to break it off with him even though I didn't want to, it was something I thought I had to do. Since then, we still sometimes communicate and since I've gotten better (health wise), he sometimes visits. I still feel that he is still in love with me and I know he knows that I'm still in love with him. I just want to know how do I really tell him that I'm still in love with him and that I want to start a relationship back with him? Thanks :)

Just be honest with him. You don't need to stress out over the result of the issue if you think he still likes you to. Next time you hang out with him and things seem to be going good, just get on the subject of your past relationship... like.. bring up a good memory that you two shared. That will get you on the path to your question, and when the times right in that conversation, just tell him the truth. Good luck! =)
