    Foreclosure evictions in virginia
My neighbor's home has been foreclosed on; how long does she have before she is evicted? Is there a timeline for this?

If she is the property owner, she will get loads of notice from her bank or financial/mortgage co... if she is a tenant, she will get NO notice.

They will get notice of being late on payment, notice of foreclosure, notice when they send a reality company to do a home inspection prior to foreclosure, they will get served legal notice of the court case.

In court, they can be given 3 days, 10 days and some have gotten 30 days. But normally if they are not going to be able to pay, they need to be moved by the court date.
