    Earth rotation
Why do earth rotates around herself ?

If you mean does the Earth rotate on a central axis, then yes, that's how we get night and day.

Earth spins (rotates) on its axis (as Capuchin has said) and also revolves around the sun. I guess you're talking about the axis rotation. The earth will make a full spin on its axis every 24 hours or so. During the hours when your side of the earth is facing the sun, that is daytime. When the earth spins away from the sun, its night time. This is why it's a different time of day depending on where you live in the world. The earth isn't facing the sun at the same time everywhere. (Remember, the sun doesn't move) Does that make sense?

That's not why the Earth spins, it spins because all the pieces that came together to form the Earth had a net spin.

Yes ! Thank you for your answer, but I would like to know why earth rotates basically around its axits ?

Yes it does, our entire solar system orbits around the center of our galaxy. Our galaxy moves too.

As The Space Debris That Was To Become The Earth Coalesed, The Pieces Drew Closer Together And Had To Spin Faster To Conserve Angular Momentum, Like A Skater Drawing Arms In And Out(alters Their Mass Distruibuition About Their Axis Of Rotation) To Change Their Angular Velocity.
In Addition A Day Was Not Always 24hrs. Or Is It Today. '24' Is A Whole Number Approx. This Is The Reason For Leap Years And Leap Centuries.
At The Time Of The Dinosaurs, 200-65 Million Years Ago A Day Was '17' Hours And A Year Thus Had That Many More Days In It. (24/17)*365.
The Earth's Has Always Been Slowing Due To Gravational Friction With The Moon.

Not only earth but everything rotates including sun.Nothing remains stationary in our universe.

The formation of star systems (solar system) follows the collapse of a huge gas cloud.
During that process small disturbancies which cause this collapse also cause the entire cloud to start rotating. Faster and faster as the collapse proceeds. As star and all planets are formed from that same cloud, they also started rotating. Rotating around the star (sun) and around their own axis.
    .
Note that the entire content of the universe rotates. On star system level, but also on galaxy level, on galaxy group level, on supergroup galaxy level, etc.
