My Mother and I watched a movie YEARS ago (maybe 20-25 years ago) about a plantation owner that fell in love with a slave, they had a daughter - The white looking daughter was sold. That is the best I can recall... I think at the end everyone from that plantaion becomes a land owner (BUT NOT SURE ABOUT THAT PART)
