I would tell them that you are flattered but as they know you are in a committed relationship and gay or straight cheating is cheating and you wouldn't do that to your girlfriend and say that you hope they understand.

It is not a lesbian thing, it is a moral thing, if you were in a committed male/female relationship and someone wanted to sleep with you, same difference.
If you really love the person you are with, this should not even be a question, but since you are asking the question, I would say you don't love her as much as you are trying to say. And are considering these affairs.
