I have bumps on my nipple and I think I am coming up to puberty but one of my nipples looks ingrown, is there a way to help or stop it?

Bumps on your nipple is normal. I don't know what you mean that your nipple is ingrown. Do you mean your nipple doesn't protrude as the other one does ?
