Is it OK to feed warm milk to cats in the winter?

I don't know about the water, but I heard never feed your cat milk, contrary to popular belief.

Biggie is right. It's not a good idea to give cats milk. Believe it or not, cats are lactose intolerant. A little bit won't kill them, but it will tear up their bowels and cause diarrhea. Water is perfectly fine, warm or cold.

I have never given my cats milk nor any that I have taken care of. I had a neighbor that insisted on giving her cats milk. It was simply called kitty milk and she bought it at a pet store.
