Hi my name is elisa I just resently had a misscarriage July 5th 2007 and me and my b.f have been trying for another one for the past 2 months but this month we have had sex pretty much every day even on the days I was ovulating! I think I might be pregnant though I am feeling all the symptoms the only syptom I haven't had is missing my period because it hasn't came yet and I took a HPT and it came back negative but people told me that I took it to soon! I have had all the mager symptoms! And signs saying that I am pregnant I no because I was once pregnant before but had a misscarriage at 3 months! And also have been taking materna the doctor told me it would help give us a better chance of getting pregnant ! So I need help! I need to no if I am pregnant or not?

When are you due for your period?

If you haven't missed it yet, I would wait until you are due... if you miss it, take a HPT :)

Well in that case, wait until you are due... then regardless if you get your period or not, take a HPT. Waiting until when a period is due is a good guideline, because if you are in fact pregnant, HCG should be building up in your system by then and should show on a HPT.

Keep in mind, HCG doubles every 2 days, so if a HPT is negative, you could wait a few days and test again. Then of course if all else fails, get a blood test :)
