I am being taken to court by a debt collector, I need some help!
After all my necessary expenses are deducted from my take home pay I'm still $218 in the hole.
I do how ever receive a VA disability check which gets me through the month.
Can they garnish my disability check? Or my pay?
What can they do to me?

While SSI benefits are exempt I don't think VA benefits are. And your salary certainly isn't depending on where you live.
