I'm monitoring my credit after been a victim of credit fraud. Recently, I saw that a judgement was made against me. The debt is for a credit card Providian wich was sold to a collector Erin Capital. The credit card debt was deleted from my credit because they could not proof it was mine. All of the sudden, I get this judgment decision. What can I do?
Can I delete it from my credit? Do I need a lawyer or can I do it myself? Please advise.

Your worry is not the actual report, but the actual judgement, with the judgement they can attach the money in your bank or garnish you wages in many states. You need an attorney to clear up the judgement and get it thrown out.

After that worry about the credit report
