    I think your question here may be incomplete. It looks like the question has to do with secant slopes being used to approximate the tangent slope at x = 2. Either that, or making an inference about the dy/dx value based on given f(x) values on the stated domain. IF this is a multiple choice question, you left out the answer choices.
