    Missed periods
Halo thanks a lot for this site, my name is milkah I have always had irregular periods but one week or two weeks late , this time around its two months since I saw my periods I went for a blood test and the result was negative, not pregnant, I have neither sighs of pregnancy nor unusual body change. Is this normal or is there somethind wrong? Am worried. Thanks

    Hello Milkah :)

Are you on any type of birth control? And how old are you?

Exercising can cause your periods to be irregular, and so can losing weight. If you don't get your period by the next time it is due, you should visit your doctor to see what can be done about this. :)
