I need a pic of an ankh shaped heart that I can use for a tattoo and I can't find any online

You probably aren't going to find any images anywhere because ankh are not heart-shaped.
Your best bet would be to set an appt with your tattoo artist and tell them what you are wanting and have them draw it up for you.

Here is a picture of a heart shaped ankh on a ring. I know it doesn't have a ton of detail, but it will give your tattoo artist a general idea of what you want.

Lol.. well believe me, it took me forever to find it, but I knew I had seen it before so I knew it existed.

The first pic you posted was what I thought the OP had in mind, but variations of ancient symbols with so much meaning are hard to find! Kudos to you! :)
