    Court case
Hi. Can anyone please tell me if a solicitor can attend my court case in the magistrates court on behalf of myself as I'm out of the country for a few years?and also if I don't attend can the police come to another country to arrest me and bring me back for the case? This has been going on for 2 years now so I thought it was all over before I went away travelling and its all come back to bite my bum,any advice would be great. Thanks

Depends on the nature of the case. Generally a solicitor can represent you unless you are the plaintiff. Then you may be required to appear.

As for arresting you, again depends on the crime. Many conutries have extradition treaties, but generally for serious crimes.
