I had a baby who I knew was going to have medical so I looked into adoption. I needed info on daycare ( who watches children with problems while you return to work. ) I was told that there was programs for when they are 4yrs old and could go into headstart and later I found that there are programs for infants. Also, my cousin had a child with this condition & she was given all the info & everything she needed at the hospital & I was given nothing. The case worker at the hospital tried to come in to talk but every time my case worker was there. He was born with x-linked hydrocephalleus on 8/2/07. I signed papers Aug 10th & found out later that there are programs for infants & people to care for them, not just when they are school age. I wan't my baby back but I've been told that I don't have a chance.

Trying to read between the lines here since you post was really unclear. Are you saying you gave you child up for adoption because it was born with medical problems and you thought you couldn't care for it properly because you were not told of all the programs that were available to you?

If that's the case you need to give us more info, lile was the child adopted, how old is it now, how long has it been with its adoptive parents? etc. And please try to be clearer.
