Getting custody and proving unfit parent
Hello I am divorced from my youngest daughter father. I am wanting to get full custody of her. His house is a disaster I had to go buy a new shower curtain for his shower because his was covered in black mold, and the house is a mess. Can I just take pictures of his place and they would be admissible? Please help she has been begging to move in with me and he isn't showing any mercy to her wishes. Help!!

Photos will help but they aren't the entire case. If the father a danger to the daughter?

How much attention the Court will pay depends on her age - in "most" places they will LISTEN to her, perhaps a trained Social Worker will interview her - but she will NOT have the final say.

Does her father at this moment have legal custody? (You indicate she wants to move in with you which would indicate that at the moment she lives with him.) Why does he have custody?
