Hi I would like to no if you have a classb misdemeanor could you still buy a hunting fire arm. I'm located in Texas the charge was for harassment. Any information would help thank you

A person who was convicted of a felony can not buy a firearm, from my last check esp in Texas, a misdemenaor has no effect on buying a firearm as long as it was not a domestic violance misdemeanor

Hi fr_chuck thanks for replying to me well thank god I have no felony just a misdemeanor classb which is not that bad for telephone harassment which was really not my fault and I also have no domestic violance misdemeanors. I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time oh well I'll live and learn from my mistakes. I guess I can buy a hunting rifle now take care.
