I just hooked up two tens and the just don't soud very loud I have an orion 97.3 concept amp it is putting out way more than thousand watts my tens are about 800 watts a pcs. Peak what's wrong

Didja watch the polarity? That can kill your sounds. And what about the ohms - are you in spec with the ohms? Iffen I 'member correctly from my bass playing days, iffen your amp is set fir 8 ohm speakers then yore speakers better be 8 ohm speakers else... I think you'll do better to hit a high-fidelity/stereo/music equipment bulletin board for answers like this...
I agree with cpalimst answer, it's all about ohms. Reversing polarity will make the speakers out of phase (sound unnatural) Make sure your speakers ohms (resistance) don't exceed your amps maximum resistance
