How efficient are the early pregnancy tests such as First Response? There are so many to chose from. I was supposed to get my period yesterday ,but never came and I always get it on the same day I can almost time it.

They are very accurate. I got my first positive on an Early Response, but I didn't get it until I was 10 days late. The same day I used a regular test that didn't show positive until after the allotted time. Just remember that it will take most women 7-10 days late to get a positive result on a hpt. You have to allow your body time enough to build up the hormone hcg. Your period can always change, so don't consider yourself late until 5-7 days. Good luck and I hope you get a positive!
