I'm 13 years old and I'm in love with a 21 year old.
Can I date him without one of us getting in trouble?:confused:
We don't want to have sex.
We just want to hangout,hold hands, hug and a kiss every now and then,

He like kind of a family friend so its not like I meet him on line or anything

Why do you ask us? We are not your parents. I would say no, you cannot, in any earthly way possible, date a man who is 21 years old. There is too much emotional distance between a 13 yr old and a 21 yr old. There are too many years between the two of you that cannot be caught up on. It makes a huge difference when you are 13. When you get to be 21, 8 years is not such a big difference - because you have mentally matured and can understand consequences.

Ask your parents. This guy has no business messing with an underage girl. That can be a statutory rape charge in the making. "Corruption of a minor" Ask your parents.

I agree with that because when I was 13 I did the same thing and ended up pregnant and he had left so it's a really bad idea to be messing with this older man
