I am looking for the title of an old movie where the sun only shines once a year or once every ten years. The children and adults live in a contained area and have to have 20 minutes a day under a sun lamp. One little girl was forced to stay inside when all the other kids ganged up on her... but they finally brought her flowers back or something like that. Any ideas?

I remember watching this at school, after reading the short story. It was so sad. It's called "All Summer in a Day" by Ray Bradbury.
