Recently I found that I have small bumps on the outside of my vagina and near the opening. The texture reminds me of goosebumps I am a little worried about it. Are these bumps normal?

They might be sebaceous cysts. Sometimes when the glands get clogged little bumps can form. They are harmless and go away on their own. Men can get them too. But if you are worried maybe set up a visit with your doctor.
