My daughter is living in a home I own without paying rent. She has lived there about 10 years. Less than a year ago she got married - now wants him out. How can I get this dead-beat, drug user out of my house without evicting her also?

No, she would like to but can't afford it - legal aid will help her with a free divorce but only if they are not living together, one has to be out of the house.

So she is in a Catch 22. Se can't get a free divorce if he won't move and she can't get him out unless they are divorced. I suggest you evict them both, then let her move back in alone.
