We have installed baseboard heaters in our upstairs bedrooms. The problem is the water is flowing and the pipes in the first bedroom heat up but the heat stops as it goes into the second bedroom. We have bled the pipes and it seems we have gotten all the air out. The pipes in the first bedroom are very warm to the touch. How can we get the hot water to flow continually back to the furnace so that it warms up the other two rooms?

Sounds like the other baseboard still has air in it. You might need to bleed it more or install a automatic bleed system. Also your boiler water collum height might be wrong. In other words the water pressure in the boiler might be to low not allowing it to have enough pressure to force the water to the highest floor.

Thanks... and do you know how I can increase the water pressure in the boiler? Also, should I bleed the first bleeder valve upstairs first or do I bleed the farthest valve to get the air out? Would closing all other water valves increase the pressure in the boiler?

There is a adjustment screw on the pressure regulator. Air moives around. I would start at the end. Then you will have to bleed till no more air. You might end up back of the end again. That is why auto bleeders are the best.
