My name is Ravi kumar. I am a orthopedically handicapped person . And I am a poor person. And I completed my B.tech(cse) in india .and I want to study MS(computers) in USA. I can't pay that much of fees. So is there any free universities for disabled persons.
Or is there any scholorship giving colleges .please tell me list of universities for disabled persons . Or according to you are policy what should I do... thanking u
