No power to main relay. 90 integra
I've replaced the distributor, ecu, main relay, and fuel pump with nothing to show. Checked all fuses haven't checked all relays since I don't know how. No ecu blink, fuel pump won't turn on. It started this when I had to jump my car. It had an old viper alarm that was removed after it broke down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No spark, no power to starter signal fuse #18 under the dash. One yellow wire with silver stripes carries a 12v to my main.
