    Tenderness of nipple
Is tenderness of the nipple a sign of pregnancy or it may mean something else?

It is just the nipple or the breast itself?

It is just the nipple itself.

Can you give more information? Has anything been done to your nipple to possibly cause this? For example, biting, pinching, etc.

Have you missed a period to be able to think you are pregnant?

Nothing has been done to my nipples. It has not been biten or pinched. I have not missed a period either. It is just that some weird things have been happening to me for instance I have been discharging a lot and I'm spitting a lot also and then I felt my nipples feel tender from Sunday until now.

Are you getting ready to start your period soon? What kind of discharge are you having?

Its it stretchy (like egg whites) or watery?

It sounds like you could be ovulating. Tender nipples can be present during ovulation.

Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.
Clear and watery is normal hun. (Source : Vaginal Discharge)

**EDIT** - As for the tenderness of the nipple, it might be best if you see your doctor. Is it one or both? Is there any discharge from the nipple?

Tender nipples can be a sign of your period coming as well. If you were pregnant, you wouldn't be having any symptoms as of yet since you haven't missed a period yet.
