Do you mean as a statement in regards to cheating? Yes. Unless someone was forced usually there are two people behind a kiss.

I agree with glinda! If you mean as far as cheating, yes, it takes two to kiss.

Well I don't know to consider cheating or not...
Me and my boyfriend were on and off for almost two years this upcoming jan. and this past July we got in a fight and the things he said made me want to break up with him, so I did but I took it back and we talked on the phone but he supposibley didn't want to make up until he was coming back from montauk I talked to him the day before and I asked him if it was because he wanted to kiss another girl and he said no that he wouldn't and while he was there he did, with a girl I know and she's known for being really flirty.. but then again I think if he really loved me he would have pulled away right? I never got to talk to him I've been so mad that I just left this situation alone but I miss him again after seeing him in school its so hard

You are correct. That if he really did care about you he wouldn't have kissed another girl. People who care about us do not do things that will hurt our feelings. This is an important lesson to learn at your age. We show people how to treat us. If you feel that what he did was forgivable then forgive him but if anything happens again be prepared to walk away from him. If you think what he did was unforgivable that is okay too. You are the only one who can decide what your boundaries are in a relationship.
