I think we all need a little more information if we're going to be able to answer this for you. Like what would stop you from going?

What does your doctor say? And how close are you to expecting?

Four hours is along time.

As stated, we need a bit more information...

If you are not high risk, and aren't really close to term then you should be fine.

Are you one month or 9 months, are there other medical issues, are you too big to fit into the cab ? Only your personal doctor would know if this could be a risk just for you, depending on all of your issues.
