    There are quite a few songs titled "Love Hurts". The ONLY 1 to hit the top 40 charts was by Nazareth, Aug. 1976. It topped at #8 and was on the charts for 14 weeks. This is the most popular version of this song. Foreigner may have done a cover of it... if so, not as popular.
