7month old lab throwing up all day.
    Hi,
My 7 month old black lab ate her puppy food at about 7 a.m. this morning and at about 10:30 I noticed that she was throwing up. She will not eat any food that we give her but she will drink some water every now and then. It was about 8:30 p.m and she was still throwing up. What does mean or what should I do?

    Take her to the vet!

I had a very old dog that I had to put down recently because she kept throwing up and was starving to death. The cause was an enlarged throat that the vets could do NOTHING about because it was too far along.

Take your baby to the vet and have her checked immediately! Don't wait on this one...

Most likely she bolted down something indigestible. Quite often they clear it out and are back to normal the next day. If she eats in the morning and keeps it down, I would just keep an eye on her. If she won't eat or is still retching, better call the vet.

My 13 month old Lab chewed up a mousetrap yesterday. I fed her a bunch of cotton balls and kept an eye on her. Some of her stools were a little soft, but no signs of blood and little wood. I did find some of the cotton, so she maybe OK.
