My dog was recently spayed and she has been recovering well lately and hasn't had any major problems but I'm wondering she was starting to go into heat when I had her have the surgery and she is still lubing. Is she still going to go through heat even though she is spayed. Do I still need to buy diapers for her?

Spaying means the last of going through the heat cycle. If she is now having a discharge through her vulva, call the vet tomorrow.

I wasn't sure what you meant by lubing, but if anything except urine is coming out of her vulva, blood, pus, mucus, etc. something is wrong and you need to call the vet.

There is mucus like stuff coming out which has come out before when she had her first round of heat 6 months ago it was that first and then she started to bleed.

So anything happening is not normal?

If she is discharging mucus, it isn't normal and you need to call the vet.
