Hello, for about 1 1/2 years I have been have unbearable pain in the back of my calves, and I am in a dance class as one of my subjects in school!! Can anyone give me tips on what type of excercises I should do afterschool and before!!

I would suggest plenty of warm up exercises, involving your legs. If you are dancing then maybe 20 minutes worth of warm up slowly stretching you muscles. Its very easy to dive in and start doing everything, but my opinion would be slowly, crouches first, leg pulls , sprinting then either running dancing, but for every 60 minutes you dance you need to warm up for 20 minutes and slow down for 20 minutes.
