I am only 15 years old and I was the only one home. A cop entered my house without me opening the door and he didn't knock. He started asking me questions without my mother present! Can he get in trouble for doing so?

Yes, that could be unlawful entry. What is the REST of the story here? Why would the police officer consider coming into your home? What all happened up to the time the officer entered the home?

Did the officer follow you into the house in pursuit of you? If so, I think that he could enter, if it was not during pursuit, I would say he should not have entered. As for the questioning, I believe you MUST have a parent or guardian present.
