I want to ask how to prepare buffer solutions pH(1 - 12)?
Until someone comes along who can really help you to find how to solve your question, you might like to click on the links at the bottom of this page to questions that have been similar to yours. I don't know, but there might be some helpful information on them.
Thanks a lot
But I need the answer now and I want to prepare these buffers as soon as possible
What are the buffers? I dissolve all the relavent parts of the buffer to the correct molarity for each for example 25mM Tris, 250nM NaCl then I test the pH using a pH metre. I will then alter the pH using small amounts of NaOH or HCl until I get the desired pH. This is called pHing.
Of course if the buffer you make up is an opposite pH to start with this is not ideal. The buffers original pH is very much going to depend on what's in it to begin with.
Not sure if this is the answer you want but this is how I go about it to make buffers for proteins. If you post back with more details I might be able to help further.
