A few my months ago my best friend dog and my dog got put to sleep the same day, we are both talking about getting another dog, and I agreed with my my family not to get one till spring, but now my friend is getting one probabley, and it's all she talks about, I wish I could be happy for her but I'm jelous what can I do?

Stick with your agreement that you made with your family, and wait until spring. Sometimes when you do things in haste, it doesn't always end up working out. And don't get another pet just because your best friend is getting one. Show your friend how mature you are and wait until spring. You'll be glad you did, and will appreciate that pet a lot more then.
