    Should I ask her out?
There is a girl I work with and I really like her but I'm not sure whether or not she likes me. She's 2 years older than me and she keeps giving me mixed signals. Last week she said she liked my hair, the day after she didn't speak to me at all. I want to ask her out but I'm afraid of being rejected and of the uncomfortable silence that will follow every time we meet. Please give me some advice. Thanks.

What else has she said besides she likes your hair? That could mean exactly what it sounds like... she likes your hair!

Do you ever try to spark up conversation with her? If so, what happens?

What are the ages here? How long have you worked together? Have you even spent time with her socially outside of work? What is your employers stance of employees dating?

Yes I have tried to talk to her. Sometimes we get along well but other times she ignores me. She is 18 + I am 16

She ignores you because you are 16 and probably doesn't want you to think she is being receptive to your crush. Not to be harsh at all but I would suggest you move on and find someone else to ask out. When I was 18 I wouldn't have even looked twice at a 16 year old.

I think she just might want to be your friend hun. It would be best if you move on, rather than let this crush go too far and you end up getting hurt. Keep your own feelings in mind, and spare yourself the disappointment. :)

Keep your head up. There are women out there that will be interested in you and don't talk to you just when they feel like it. You really are better off finding someone else. :)

There must be some cute gals your age at work or school who would love the chance to go out with you.

I know that it's a hard pill to swallow, but please know that I have "been there, done that" also! :)
